Joan Lofts served as Director of Television at Contender Entertainment Group and was responsible for developing and overseeing the television production division. Recent animated hits that were shepherded by Joan include Tractor Tom, Peppa Pig, Humf, Little Kingdom and Channel 4 special Lost and Found. She started her career in television production with ITN and spent 12 years working for ITN and Thames TV. Then took a different career path to become a social worker for 10 years before returning to television at ITV and then moving to the BBC as Deputy Head of Acquisitions and Development for CBBC.

Oscar Hernandez is an animation director with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. He has been the founder of 2 animation studios in Guadalajara: Platypus in 2012 and Aska animation studio in 2018 which he currently directs. Always focused on content creation, he currently has 3 series in development with LionForge. Currently ASKA animation works with clients such as Cartoon Network, Discovery, Netflix among others. And also ASKA is the creative partner of the Pixelatl Festival 2021.

Kenn Scott is an award-winning television writer and story editor whose work on children's shows, sitcoms and animated shows has been seen on CBC, CTV, TVO, YTV, Teletoon, Fox, CBS, PBS, BBC, and ITV. Some of his other over 200 script credits include episodes of Captain Flamingo, Rescue Heroes, Pelswick, Quads!, The Cat In The Hat Knows A Lot About That!, Dino Dan, and Doki. He is also the co-author of the university textbook On Our Wavelength: Broadcasting History From A Canadian Perspective, and the video game Uh-Oh Flamingo! All that, and he also makes good Yorkshire pudding.

Pedro Eboli is an animation showrunner and producer from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He's the creator of the animated kid's shows "Oswaldo" (for Cartoon Network Latin America), "Cupcake & Dino - General Services" (for Netflix), which he also directed and produced, and co-creator of "Ollie's Pack" (Nickelodeon) and "Bada Bean" (Discovery Kids). Pedro's been living in Los Angeles since 2019, where he's been developing shows for Disney TVA, Cartoon Network and Amazon with his creative partner, Mark Satterthwaite.

Daniel Bryan Franklin

Bachelor's degree in animation and also an Administration technician. With more than 10 years of experience in the animation industry, especially in production roles, I was Co-founder and Producer in "Monster View" animation studio, and CEO and founder of "Jellyfish" animation studio. I was Head of the 2D department at Demente studio, where we worked mostly on Web and TV Series. After that, I started working at "Gasolina Studios" as Animation Director and production consultant. Currently working as a Producer at Axis Studios, learning and enjoying it every day.

Miriam López

Producer, story editor, Emmy Award winner. Ganadora del Emmy, Ann es escritora, productora y show runner con una vasta trayectoria que incluye Power Rangers hasta la serie Dragons para DreamWorks Animation. Actualmente se encarga de desarrollar contenido para la propiedad Barbie para Mattel. En su larga trayectoria, ha creado series y contenido para Disney Channel, Amazon Studios, PBS, Apple, Gaumont, MGA, Nelvana, Saban, Spin Master, Technicolor, Universal Kids, y la National Football League.

Graduated from the University of Audiovisual Media (CAAV) Thalia is a partner and producer of Platypus Animation, a boutique 2D animation studio, where she has produced different types of content such as series, advertising spots, video clips, short films, etc., with clients such as Disney +, Turner, Discovery Kids and Bimbo, among others. She has produced IP projects and her first participation in cinema was as animation producer for Samuel Kishi's feature film "Los Lobos" which was awarded as best film at Berlinale - Berlin International Film Festival 2020.

Daniela Vieira es un ejecutiva creativa con más de 25 años de experiencia en el sector de entretenimiento. Su enfoque está en la inteligencia del contenido, conectando narrativas a la audiencia a través de la curadoria estratégica de historias, del desarrollo de personajes y episodios que atiendan a la necesidad y preferencia de la audiencia.
Daniela trae larga experiencia en el sector con pasajes por Netflix, Warner Media y Discovery Networks.

Miguel Tejada-Flores is a screenwriter whose first credit, Revenge of the Nerds, was an international phenomenon, with three sequels and a major studio remake currently in development. Miguel has created and written epic sci-fi movies, suspense thrillers, and also received a writing credit on Disney's animated film 'The Lion King'. He has written genre-bending films for multiple major networks (Atomic Dog, Swarmed, and Border Patrol, among others). Most recently, Miguel created, wrote and executive produced 'S.O.Z.: Soldiers or Zombies'.

Comunicólogo visual que se escapó de la publicidad y las agencias para desarrollar propiedad intelectual con Gasolina Studios. Finalista en ideatoon Pixelatl 2015, 2016 y Bootcamp 2017, ha participado en los mercados de animación más importantes del mundo como lo ha sido MIFA de Annecy, Ventana Sur Animation en Argentina y Cartoon Connection en Canadá. Su serie "My Brother the Monster" que fue finalista en ideatoon 2016 se encuentra ya en producción de 26 episodios de 11 minutos gracias al apoyo del instituto Mexicano de Cinematografía en conjunto con Arcana Studios, socio productor Canadiense del proyecto.

Nota:
Es importante señalar que las sesiones de asesoría uno a uno son reuniones cortas de 15 minutos (algunas incluso de 10 minutos), por lo que los representantes de los proyectos no ocuparán las dos horas que aparecen en el horario.

pero por la pandemia, en 2020 y 2021 se realizó en línea y para facilitar la información desarrollamos un microsito similar a este con la información del evento. SOBRE IDEATOON
El bootcamp es parte de Ideatoon, una estrategia que busca impulsar la creación y desarrollo de productos audiovisuales nacionales que puedan ser comercializables a nivel internacional.
La estrategia es desarollada por Pixelatl, e integra varios componentes que se desarrollan a lo largo del año, incluyendo la impartición de talleres, asesorías personalizadas, la publicación de artículos sobre tendencias en la industria internacional o una sesión de speed pitching para los proyectos finalistas con ejecutivos de las principales cadenas de distribución del mundo. El eje que articula todos los componentes es un concurso anual de ideas para propiedades intelectuales animadas (series y películas).
